Smile Increases One’s Face Value

Smile is a great and wonderful gift from God. When we share it with someone, it costs nothing but enriches those who receive it without making the giver poor. To nurture social relationship, a smile not only increases one’s face value but makes a person more presentable. It is a very common saying, “Frown and you frown alone, but if you smile, the world smiles with you.” According to psychologist, a smile is the hidden treasure of positive energy. A genuine smile puts us at ease and creates strong will power, firm determination and positive thoughts; but frown creates uneasiness, promoting diseases and depression. Patients in hospitals recover faster if doctors and nurses have smiling faces all the time. Their smile gives hope and confidence to patients. In business or profession where you face clients directly, smile plays an important role. Nobody likes to deal with a dull, depressed, stone-faced person. A smiling face radiates confidence and attracts people to talk to you. A smile is an inexpensive way of changing our looks and behavior.
